When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process it, such as your name, email address, shipping address, order details and any message you send us about your purchase. Basic technical information may also be recorded to operate and secure the website.
Payment information is handled by Stripe when checkout is available. We receive payment status and transaction details needed to manage an order, but we do not store your full payment card number.
How we use and share it
We use your details to fulfil and ship orders, send confirmations and shipping updates, respond to support requests, handle damaged-item claims, prevent misuse and meet legal or tax obligations. We share only what is necessary with service providers involved in those tasks, such as Stripe for payments, a shipping carrier for delivery and our website or email providers.
We do not sell customer data to third parties. A promotional follow-up is separate from essential order messages and should only be sent where permitted by applicable law.
Retention and your choices
We keep order records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil purchases, resolve issues and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information where the law permits by replying to an email from us about your order. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
